Basic Facial: 1,2,3,4,5
1: Cleanse: to remove oil, dirt, or makeup. ( Rinse face with water. Apply Wosa’s Herbal Tea or Skin Cleaner to softer side of the facial sponge - wipe face - upward)
2: Exfoliate: to remove dead skin
Oily Skin - use a piece of wet black soap on the coarser side of the sponge
Dry Skin - use Rose Water and Shea Butter with a hint of sugar on the coarser side of the sponge
Exfoliate skin - using upward and circular motions - Rinse
3: Steam:(optional) use a facial steamer or hold your face over a bowl of warm water with a towel draped over your head - for 5 mins.
Steam helps open up pores and loose impurities.
4: Mask and Massage: to calm and soothe the skin. Apply a home made mask - massage / rub in (
Oily - Acne Prone Skin - Use banana - just massage it in the skin- keep it on for 10 mins.
Benefits: antioxidant, reduces redness, High in Vitamin A, B6, C. Helps increase collagen. Rinse and apply moisturiser .
Dry Skin- Use Avocado - just massage it in - keep it on for 10 mins.
Benefits: Heavy fat for moisture depleted skin. Fatty acid content promotes shiny/glowing skin. Rinse and apply moisturiser
5: Moisturise: (Oily Skin - light layer of body butter ) (Dry Skin - heavy layer of Shea Butter)
